The SHINE Network

Project SHINE is currently being replicated at 18 institutions of higher education in 14 cities across the United States. SHINE staff at each participating institution build partnerships with local community-based organizations and work closely with all participants, supporting faculty, training students, placing trained tutors in community centers, and monitoring their service.
