This site is a beautiful senior residence funded by HACE (Hispanic Association of Contractors and Enterprises), a nonprofit housing authority. The residents of Somerset Villas are mostly Puerto Rican, but some are from various Caribbean nations and the U.S. Tutoring takes place in a community room with tables and chairs. Spanish language skills are helpful. Several of the residents are beginners and will need help with basic reading and writing.
